Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Coldvenue for the use of Coldvenue. By creating an account you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

You must comply with the laws that apply to electronic communications and data protection, including giving recipients a working way to unsubscribe and honoring opt-outs. You may not use the service to send spam, phishing or unlawful content, or to email people whose data you have no lawful basis to process.

You must follow the rules of the email providers whose mailboxes you connect, including Google’s. We may suspend sending for accounts that put deliverability, other customers or the service at risk.

You keep ownership of the data you bring into the service. You give us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. [Refund policy]

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You are responsible for the emails you send and the data you import, and you will compensate us for claims that arise from your breach of these terms or of the law.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. After closure, your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

We will give notice of material changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in India. Questions: legal@coldvenue.in.
