Coldvenue tells you which limit was reached. Campaigns stop scheduling new emails once the monthly email allowance is used; you can upgrade, add credits where offered, or wait for the next month.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, as long as your current mailboxes and leads fit the new plan.
Yearly plans are billed once a year for the price shown. The monthly figure on the yearly view is that price divided by twelve.
Cancel anytime from the billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
No. Billing is per organization: client workspaces share the organization’s plan and usage limits.
